IMDb (link) lists them as mostly a maker of Christmas-themed stuff, but their output covers all genres, and they're an international distributor, something Fox needs post-D!sney... they've already worked with the network on, f'rinstance, the Power Rangers franchise... my guess is, the head of this outfit pronounces his surname something like "Jeff"...
