Is “Evil” the first US series actually set (and filmed) in Canada? A few years back, “Rookie Blue” aired on ABC, but that was originally a Canadian show if memory serves.

"Orphan Black" comes to mind, although I'm a little unclear on whether it should be fully counted as a "US series." (It was produced for BBC America, although there may have been some weird coproduction relationship I didn't completely understand.)

It's set in Canada? I thought it was New York. It certainly has New York actors (especially my pal Danny Burstein) and an EMT in tonight's episode had "FDNY" on his uniform. That's good enough for me.
