"Oliver's Army," from his 1979 album Armed Forces, had the line "Only takes one itchy trigger, one more widow, one less white n____r" only because his grandpa was referred to as the latter during his hitch in the service... UK radio played it without guilt for years till BBC bleeped the word, much to listener's chagrin, in 2013... he'll drop it from performances now that he's back on the road, and wants radio to do the same...
