Two seasons in a row that production of the Netflix fantasy series has had to shut down thanks to the pandemic, more noticeable this time because the star, Henry Cavill, has been stricken with the same variant that struck Seth Meyers earlier in the week:


Which also explains why Cavill wasn't at the SDCC last week to promote "Witcher" and his other steady gig as Superman--and he didn't get to directly hear Dwayne Johnson's foot-in-mouth statement that Warners could always get a new Supe.
