Not real long ago it was the other way around... featured here, Fox Sports honcho Eric Shanks' overtures to the once-again Portnoy-owned Barstool, which hasn't been mentioned in this space since November 2023... also plenty of air for Pat McAfee, who "got legitimized by ESPN"... and as they tend to say on many a platform, "the news is next":
