"Shogun" landed 25 of 'em, including best drama series... 23 for "The Bear"...

The winners are, to me, meaningless to anyone outside of the industry, but I do find it noteworthy that the only scripted fare from a broadcast network to get a nomination is Abbott Elementary. It’s another nail in the coffin of broadcast television.

When, in 2020 when everybody was stuck at home, the fact that broadcast TV ratings did not spike was a sure sign that it didn’t merit serious investment.

Yep, people would rather bake bread or paint by numbers than watch anything on NBC or Fox.
