Fran LaMania (male identifying) was associated with Clark for decades, eventually becoming president of dick clark productions in 1986:

He stayed mostly on the third floor of the Olive Ave dcpi building, at least during my tenure there… where the non-creative, non-production stuff (legal and accounting). Consequently I didn’t have much interaction with him. I recall he led one of the preproduction meetings for a show I worked, where he might’ve said something inappropriate about my sister. Lots of inappropriate things were said at that meeting, several of them about my sister, so it was difficult to keep track.
