Semi-OT: Shameless self-promotion

Another season of “The Get Off My Lawn” podcast is in preproduction! New episodes scheduled to be released starting the week of Thanksgiving. 

I currently have three interviews scheduled/locked: 

Mark Thompson from the long-running Mark & Brian radio show who has written a book about his broadcasting career

Mike Reiss who has written for “The Simpsons”, “The Garry Shandling Show”, and created “The Critic” starring Jon Lovitz (a favorite animated series of mine)

Journalist Joanna Lillis who is a currently living and working in my home from home…Kazakhstan  

I also already have an interview recorded with “This Old House” host Kevin O’Conner intended for release years ago, but a few deaths in the family, Covid, and career changes delayed the release of that

The key is to maintain the balance between producing the shows while holding down a full-time job. But my deadlines for the shows are all self-imposed, so I can be flexible if needed.
