That's white, middle-class straight men, the ex-Doctor told Times Radio (part of the Murdoch empire, AOT Radio Times, the ex-Beeb rag)... his comments followed that open letter in which a bunch of Brit stars including his fellow "Who" star David Tennant called for an end to "entrenched ageism" against older women in the biz there...

The headline makes it sound like it’s entirely bad; he concedes the changes are as they should be, making way for new and diverse talent. But he laments from a personal standpoint that he’s less likely to be offered any juicy new roles given he’s an old white guy.
