The daughter of the political Conway family (one pro-Trump wife vs one anti-Trump husband) auditioned on American Idol in the fall. To say that the series is exploiting this teenager is hardly revelatory; the series has a history of exploiting and publicly humiliating lots of people. I note this only because as people have been discussing Britney Spears after the recent documentary, and the conversation has expanded to include other young women like Lindsay Lohan... well... here we go again.
The rotten icing on the rotten cake is the show gave Kellyanne a place on the show to try to reform her scarred public image.
