If your local CBS station is owned by the network, "Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen" has been airing after British Jimmy for years--well, on Sept. 18 the whole network will have it at 12:37 while waiting for the strikes to end to start the previously-announced reboot of "@midnight"--Allen claims that the package will include new episodes, which is interesting considering that supposedly that last new episode was shot nine years ago:

I wonder how many affils will turn this down for the rerun of the late news an hour earlier or infomercials.

Prompting more bias allegations from Allen, much like against Mickey D's? (Oh BTW, there is another suit against them from AMG)

Maybe your local O&O, but here in Pittsburgh, The Late Late Show is followed by Extra and then a couple of infomercials before they join the overnight news.

If you don’t give a crap about Byron Allen’s pet projects, it’s new to you!

My local (Sacramento) CBS affiliate has played an episode of "Comics Unleashed" after British Jimmy for as long as I've lived here (last day of 2020).

This week I do note that the show is getting a national promo push during the Colbert rerun.  It's a much nicer looking spot than the usual promo I've seen, and the end card says "CBS Presents" on it.

So I can now not watch 3 episodes (1 'new' and 2 repeats) after Colbert, instead of one episode after Corden.

Tonight's (Sep. 19) 'new' episode does appear to be of more recent vintage than the repeats, based on the set and Allen's appearance, but it could still have been taped a while ago from all I can tell.  Which is consistent with how many other episodes I've checked on have a listed airdate of a later year than the production date.
