I just loved him in everything he did from The Wire to most recently Bosch. Even in shows like Fringe, he managed to make more convincing just by virtue of being cast. 

60 is no age.

We are terribly sad to see him pass. He was absolutely wonderful in so many roles, and brought such depth to his characters. 

60 is so young, (I will be 70 in a few months)  and he seemed to be in such good health.  Very sad to realize we will not see any more great work from him. RIP
