Batgirl Not Releasable Says Local Sycophant

Subject header adapted from a FB post by one of my friends (in the animation and comic book field) that read, in response to the Saran quote below: “Man who gave me seven figure job is a courageous genius’ says local sycophant.”

DC Co-Chief and CFO Peter Saran, whose boss is David Zaslav, said:

“I saw the movie…There are a lot of incredibly talented people in front of and behind the camera in that film, but that was not releasable. It happens sometimes….I think [Warner Discovery CEO David] Zaslav and the team made a bold and courageous decision to cancel it, because it would have hurt DC and those people involved.”

There was a Batman movie where they consciously put nipples on the Batsuit. If that could be released, literally anything could be released.
