War tv broadcast technology

So in 1992(?) CNN led the way with "tv over a phone connection" reporting from Iraq.    Today, I watch CNN have multiple HD feeds coming from various places in Ukraine.   I'm wondering if anyone knows of any links to articles on the tech being used for this coverage.

Is it over LTE cellular ? And backup over some other transport?
