Through some damned youtube click thread.... I ended up watching this Kate Mara interview with CF.
The guy really did interviews like no other.  Especially if he had a guest that went down that laneway with him.

.... nor carpool karaoke?

the aforementioned are entertaining, but I agree, I do miss CFerg.

Corden does what he does very well, but I am not the audience for what he does. Ferguson took chances, experimented with the format in ways even Letterman never dared to try. A lot of it didn’t work, but he was fearless and he was genuine.
