Something of note: In MIami, WPLG, the ABC affiliate for 67 years, is dropping the net in August, saying that they think that they can be successful with a heavy schedule of local news and wanting their programming to be exclusive to the station (the Oscars streaming this year was supposedly the last straw). Two of WPLG's three daily syndicated shows are--"Jeopardy!" and "Wheel." ("LIve!" is the other one.) I wonder if they'll now try to get out of the contract with (for now) CBS Media Ventures if the shows are going to start next-day streaming.
For the record, ABC is moving to the .2 subchannel of Fox affil WSVN, infamous for their tabloid-style newscasts which may not sync with "GMA" and David Muir.
