The judges of NBC's "America's Got Talent" continue to be furriners--with Heidi Klum going back to "Project Runway," (on Freeform, but more will watch it on Disney+ or Hulu), Mel B is back on the panel for the first time in seven years (not counting last winter's "Fantasy League" series)--it still means that the arbiters on a show devoted to American talent are a Canadian (Howie Mandel), a Colombian (Sofia Vergara) and two Brits (Mel and Simon Cowell):

For the record, the last American judges were Gabrielle Union and Julienne Hough in 2019, who both left after that season (Union left with accusations of racial abuse).

I believe that means that their scores now cost 25% more....

Can we impose a tariff on Simon Cowell’s ego?
