It wasn’t a conflict of interest all the times the two brothers appeared together on CNN, at least not according to CNN execs who allowed it to happen frequently. Once that door is opened, there really is no line between one guy as a journalist and the other guy as a politician. If anyone should be suspended/fired, it’s the news director or producer who constantly allowed them to interact in what ought to have been but clearly wasn’t a professional/adversarial manner.

Totally agree with Kevin. If Chris was not doing this, viewers (of which I am not one) would have been justified in assuming he was doing it or something like it, which is already a problem.
