While I never saw Perfect Harmony, I assume that it includes some musical performances.    I have always had the impression that scripted shows with singing performances don't last many seasons.  My first thought is Cop Rock.   Perhaps the longest running one would be Glee.

Are there other scripted shows with musical/singing performances that have lasted many seasons?

note I said scripted.... reality (Idol, AGT, XF, Voice) shows don't count.

No, but I was recently reminded of how wonderful the original music in Smash is when I watched online the one night only concert on Broadway that I saw in person a few years ago.  We'll see if the planned Broadway musical materializes.

The music in Nashville was also great, but the storytelling had begun to decline before the series moved to CMT.

BTW I bought all of the music from both shows (I also attended three concert performances by the stars of Nashville); in contrast, I watched every episode Glee, but never bought a single song performed on that show..

I watched a couple of episodes of Perfect Harmony.  Didn't like anything about the show; in fact, I thought it was pretty awful.

Glee, Fame, and Nashville each ran six seasons
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend four 
Smash two
Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist TBD
Cop Rock 11 episodes

Galavant was 2 seasons - 18 episodes.

I haven’t watched it in a few years, but would Family Guy count? There are musical numbers in I’d guess half or more of the episodes.

Also -- since I have been watching it all along -- "Family Guy" has cut way back on the musical numbers in recent years. (I assume that's due in no small part to Seth MacFarlane no longer being in the writers' room.)

If we're going to count the Partridge Family then we count The Monkees. They ran two seasons and won an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series.

Does Glee count?

The Drew Carey Show had musical numbers from time to time, but it wasn't a regular feature.

There was Cop Rock, but it was only one season.
