ALL of those evicted so far are POC -- two African Americans and two Asian Americans.  We'll see if Jessica (of Puerto Rican descent) is the next to go.

Not the first racial issue for the series BTW.

The tweet box and hamster watch for com are talking about it, but that's all I have seen so far.  There was a tweet comment that Camp Comeback was something like Camp Coloredback.

I wonder how different the evictions would go if there were more POC than white in the initial group.  Say 9 to 5. (Assuming they start with 14 but I'm not sure)

wow.  thanks for the article.   I've been on vacation for two weeks and haven't watch any eps and only looked at hamsterwatch a few times, and watched twitter.   I didn't know about all the things mentioned in the article.

it still surprises me that people WANT to go on this show.   Sure, I often watch.... but would I want people to watch me 24/7?   hell no.   I guess that statement goes for most reality shows

The wife & I both watch BB, and this hasn't gone unnoticed.

We don't watch the live feeds, so I can't comment on what's been said when the prime time hour ends, but I don't get the impression that the evictions were racially motivated.  Of the four, two were just generally super annoying, even for BB, one was "well, it's week 1 and we have to nominate someone", and one was literally a day 1 "four random people get banished and three find their way back" random challenge.

But, as always, the live feeds may tell a different story than what CBS broadcasts for public consumption.
