And isn't the way Jen Spryka is announcing the main guest of the night now annoying?

Even I agree, but the reason is that the opening has a minimum length, and she's gotta stretch something out so Steve doesn't end up knocking himself cold on the opening garage door when she gets to his name. 

No frkn surprise with the stashoo in Jon's part of the open, that could have been made back with the original.     B

Yes...it could have been made back with the original, but it's fairly obviously a CGI'd Emmy that Jon's carrying in his hand, in the same entrance video that they've been using all along.
