Overlapping three certain other hosts, tho probably only till the virus situation improves.

Lately, I've been marveling at how TDS manages to cram 15 minutes of material into a 30-minute bag, so I can only imagine what the extra 15 minutes will look like ... Maybe more crappy dialects from Noah?

If last night is the paradigm, it's just a much longer interview segment, and an additional ad break before the wrap-up. The opening segment was not especially longer than the recent usual. (Last night is probably not the paradigm.)

The article contradicts itself. Since Jimmy Kimmel is doing a shorter show and flipping the 11:35 spot with Nightline, TDS isn’t competing with him.

No, Kimmel/Nightline swapped timeslots while Kimmel was out on a scheduled vacation, and Nightline's constant coronavirus coverage was pulling better numbers than Kimmel reruns.  They only kept that schedule for one week after Kimmel returned to live half-hour shows; Kimmel went back to 11:35 week before last, on the 13th.
