Washoe County probate commissioner Edmund "Joe" Gorman jnr. ruled Rupert Murdoch can not transfer sole control of his family's irrevocable trust to son Lachlan, cheating out the other children and supposedly keeping the News/Fox organization solidly rightwing... the matter now goes to a county judge who could accept or reject the commissioner's finding, so it's far from over...
