CBS got a restraining order from a California court that will keep Sony Pictures Television from taking over syndication Monday of Merv Griffin's enduring game show creations, although Sony says they have already delivered next week's shows to the stations--Sony says they will continue to try to terminate Paramount's contracts and CBS says that they will continue to deliver the shows to the stations and sell national ad time as they and their predecessors have for 42 years:
