It sounds like something Donny Two Dolls* would do given history, but Homeland Security secretary Noem never approved anything pitched by Rob Worsoff ("Duck Dynasty," "The Millionaire Matchmaker"), himself a Canadian naturalized US citizen... he told the NYT the pitch was very real...
