Not much in the press release besides the term. The three-year term is one year shorter than his first two contracts. It would mean that both Fallon and Colbert's deals would be up for renewal in 2026 (Kimmel's and Meyers' deals come due next in 2025, I don't know about Gutfeld, which is as much for my sanity as anything else).
