David Leitch, known as a stunt performer and designer, pivoted from Netflix' Fast and Loose with Smith (likely shelved anyhoo) to Universal's The Fall Guy (inspired by the Lee Majors series) with Ryan Gosling... the latter, whose original came from 20th, was the subject of fierce bidding and is at least the third attempt at a feature version...
