I read Zuckie-poo as Jeff Zucker and couldn't make any sense of the sentence.

As for Roger Waters, after The Wall he publicly said that he was the creative force and leader of Pink Floyd and the others responded by breaking up the band. Waters has gotten no more cooperative nor humble since then.
