She created Voyager, and she steered Trek franchises for a few years. 

New outlets don’t yet have an obit posted, but both Kate Mulgrew and the Okudas posted about it on the socials.

StarTrek.com has posted an obituary, with quotes from the Okuda's statement and other Voyager cast and crew.
