They haven't finalized its location or when construction begins, but the online comedy / sports group (who pulled a "Manningcast" by parallel-programming at least one of the Amazon Prime Video NFL Thursday-nighters) wants a Disney-Worldish headquarters and fun spot that could cost as much as $100mil... if my money were on this, I'd say they stay in their native Texas...
