Not by Parker/Stone, but by WBD alleging Paramount pilfered episodes from HBOmax for Par+ whilst not changing the fees the former pays to licence them... they also allege they were undercut with MTV's $900M deal for longform SP properties that aren't considered 'episodes'... Par counters that they are holding up their end, despite alleged nonpayment of said fees...

I’d counter-sue on the grounds that South Park hasn’t told an original new story in years. Why pay extra for the same jokes over and over again?
