Morrison DMs Contestant, Gets Kicked Off of 'SYTYCD'

"Glee" star Matthew Morrison has been kicked off the judging panel of "So You Think You Can Dance," returning on Fox after a COVID-induced two-year rest, for allegedly flirting on social media direct messages to a female contestant, who then contacted the producers, who then decided with Fox that Morrison had to go, even though the couple never met off-camera:

I assume the federal rules that came into effect after the quiz show scandals apply to competition shows like this so it makes no difference whether they met in person. If someone can show that one of these competitions has corrupt judging they all will go down and the networks will do anything to avoid that.
