In a case against MindGeek, owner of P_rnhub, the Federal judge (a onetime football star at UCLA) denied the card issuer's motion to dismiss the claim it violated California's law against unlawful/unfair/fraudulent business acts and practices for processing the payments... both parties issued "look, we've got protections against this kind of thing" statements...
