New customers signing up from July 18th on, and existing ones billed on or after mid-August, will pay $2 more if monthly, +$20 if annually, for both the premium and premium-plus plans... a graph of the current breakdown of $ub$cribers shows about a third of them are still getting it free (likely all xfinity users, I would think)...
