Julie Andrews almost sets Emmy record

If she had been a tad older, she'd have passed Carol Burnett as the eldest female winner of the stashoo-ette... but at just under 90, she did win outstanding character voice-over performance (Lady Whistledown, Bridgerton), beating out among others Hank Azaria:

Over on Threads, there are a ton of Star Wars fanboys who are all hot and bothered because Andrews beat Alan Tudyk for the award. In case you need a reminder of how insular fandom can be.  (Never mind that Mary Poppins was a Jedi long before we'd even heard the word...)
