Paramount Holds on 'TDS' Run for Office Project

"Take a Seat," a project tied in with "The Daily Show" encouraging people to run for political office, has been put on hold by Paramount while they drop co-sponsors the veterans group New Politics Leadership Academy, the progressive group Run For Something and the right-leaning group Women’s Public Leadership Network and switch to nonpartisan not-for-profit HeadCount, seemingly because they're afraid Trump would use it as another excuse to stop the Paramount-Skydance merger:
