I'm not expecting Carrie Preston to be cookin' them up given she's likely on the Emmys media tour, but for the next seven Thursdays beginning 4/30, an "Elsbeth" hot dog (with coleslaw, cheddah, ketchup and mustard) will be free to the first 100 folks who order them at Pink's (La Brea just north of Melrose):

The lines at Pinks are lengthy on an average day, and that was before the Voodoo Doughnut opened up next to it. I can’t imagine the lines would be any better on a promotional event.
