No clues as to how or where; Turning Point is hardly in bed with over-the-air TV, which would likely provide the most exposure... remember, the most conversions from independent status of stations to affiliations has historically been Fox, which has the game:

NBC has the Super Bowl this season, not FOX, which had it last season.

Counterprogramming the Super Bowl is a good way to get a zero rating.

At least some credit, or blame, for that can go to In Living Colour.

At this point, though, I think some streamer, whether it's one of the services or somebody live on YouTube or Twitch, could try and do something during the halftime show to boost their numbers.  Assuming they haven't already.

There's always Puppy Bowl.

All of the Big 4 networks have pieces of the NFL contract. No way in hell are they going to air any alternative halftime shows.

Perhaps The CW, especially since they dropped "Inside the NFL." And Nexstar owns the CW affils in the three biggest markets.

FWIW, Lee Greenwood chimed in, only because (his good friend?) the House Speaker did:

Discovery was smart enough to realize that a) Puppy Bowl draws on its own and b) counter programming is a zero-sum game - Puppy Bowl airs hours before the Super Bowl kicks off.

The mid/late 90s saw a few attempts to counter-program - the aforementioned ILC episode and "WWF Halftime Heat" (featuring a taped "Empty Area" match w/ The Rock & Mick Foley for the WWF title) are the two that immediately come to mind, but as usual there's a list on the Wikimachine - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_counterprogramming#List_of_notable_Super_Bowl_halftime_counterprograms
