Boris Johnson's Labour opponents griped during the recent campaign that the pubcaster showed favoritism towards the Tories, and yet his ministers have been ordered to stay off R4's "Today" indefinitely... now he wants a review of the licence fee, with an eye toward, at least, decriminalizing nonpayment...
