Mark Evanier hinted at this in the Jack Sheldon article (qv)... the Bonzo Dog Band member, and one of only two nonmembers of Monty Python to write for them (the other, Douglas "Hitchhiker's Guide..." Adams)... and who can forget "The Rutles" ?
