I love the occasional Arnold Palmer Lite Half-and-Half from AriZona, and its Lawn Guyland-based leader makes a billion of those 99-cent 23-and-change-ounce cans in a bunch of different flavours a year... but even as aluminium prices go cwazy, he's not about to risk customer loyalty...

I am a Tejava iced tea addict, and over the last four months it has become increasingly impossible to obtain, due to supply chain problems. It comes in glass and plastic bottles, and I guess both have been hard to get. Tejava has not raised its price, but I have paid 100 to 200 percent mark up from third part suppliers to get it in crates if 12 and 24 bottles, though even that is getting harder to find. I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow, but not holding my breath, as it has been delayed two times already.

I follow Tejava on Instagram, and have asked about this. They are nice and explain they are working on it. They sent fans a survey asking if we would buy it in cans. Everyone said we prefer glass, but would take it in a dirty plastic bag if we could get it.

Uhhh, those DT bottled Arnies are around one litre, which at that price is under 4 cents an ounce, a better deal than the Big Can.     B

YACS, and not because I sent our intern to Ten-Bit Tree specifically to check. (It was the Arizona-branded drinks that are still in the Big Can.)
