As it has been a long time since TVA visited the facility. I am surveying the membership to see if there's enough interest to have a special tour...
Keep in mind it would be on a Saturday or Sunday, which is most preferred... the time would be based on staff preference but could either be 9am or 11:30am. IF the turnout warrants it, we could perhaps take the place of a public tour time slot at 10:30am...

Please respond to this email by Friday, 4/17/2026 if interested, including the number of guests in your party...

All those that have indicated interest in going through a P200 tour can now mark their calendars for Saturday, 5/9/2026... exact time is TBA but will be in the morning. As soon as I receive the schedule I will ass it on...
IF your plans change, please let me know as we have a FULL tour as of now but others have expressed interest if space opens up... thank you

Hi everyone - I am sorry, but my family and I will have to bow out of our reservation for the observatory visit, which will leave 3 spots open for someone else.

We have been given a time of 9:30am for Saturday, 5/9/26 for the TVA tour so I'm asking that those that are attending meet up at the Museum at 9:15am or so... we will head up to the dome from there. Note it is a short hike, albeit at 5600 feet, and there are stairs inside to climb. There is a small elevator that can be used if needed...
I will touch base just before the tour date... if attendance plans change, please let me know ASAP so we can add participants...
