Testing needed: full-screen mode in the Java/Mac/Linux/Un*x TurboVNC Viewer

If you use full-screen mode with any of the Java TurboVNC Viewer
flavors, particularly in concert with multi-screen spanning, then please
test the latest pre-release
(https://turbovnc.org/DeveloperInfo/PreReleases) on your client machine
(either 2.2.x stable or 3.0 evolving, depending on which build you are
currently using.) I just pushed several bug fixes related to the
interaction between full-screen mode and multi-screen spanning and want
to make sure that I haven't created any new bugs in the process. Mac
users in particular should observe generally less flaky full-screen
behavior.
