Enable dummy terminal View

I know back when I set up Turbovnc with Rhel5 I was able to Change the view to a simple xterm twm view vs the full gui. 
What setting needs to be changed to do this for RHEL7. Similar to the picture below.

I believe I found out why it wasn't working. TWM wasn't added to RHEL7. I found a way to enable it and if you add -wm twm or anything really it will load the twm one.

Create a script with the following contents:

if [ -f $HOME/.Xresources ]; then xrdb $HOME/.Xresources; fi
xsetroot -solid grey
xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "TurboVNC Desktop" &
twm

then pass the filename of the script to vncserver using the -xstartup
argument.
