Need Help Urgently!!!!

HI,

I’ve created an OpenVPN account for my client. While it’s working fine on my system, the client is encountering an "authentication failed" error in their environment. We’re both using the same OpenVPN version, which is 3.5.1.

OpenVPN Account? Where would you create this?

Tunnelblick uses login credentials as configured on the VPNServer.

Can you articulate what OpenVPN Account means and where that was created, what server or service you are trying to attatch to with that account.
