SSL certificate issue on the mirror?

The Jenkins project is sincerely grateful to the Tsinghua University team that maintains the mirror.  Thanks very much for serving users in Asia!

We have a report of an SSL certificate issue from a user at https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/5 .  The Jenkins infrastructure officer (Damien Duportal) has seen the same failure.

Would someone be willing to engage in further diagnosis on the issue at https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/5?

If not, is there a better way for me to notify the maintainers?
