How to add a tooltip to a field in Tryton

Hey,
I was wondering how to add a "tooltip" to a field in Tryton?
Is this possible?
P.S. my understanding of a "tooltip" is a pop-up box which can appear when a user clicks a question mark next to the label of a field for example.

Help makes sense :). Next thing I will do is look whether it is possible to control this per user profile.

No and it makes no sense to implement it. "help" must describe the field
and this can not be different per user.
I didn't mean the content of the tip, but whether it is shown or not. And now that I think about it, this does not make sense either I think.
