Form fields filled through wizard become readonly

Hi all,

We have come across a strange situation when the user is unable to edit form field which were auto-filled using a wizard.

For example, the nursing staff save the patient vitals with the appointment record. The doctor invokes 'Create Patient Evaluation' wizard from the same appointment to create the patient evaluation record. Now, the patient vitals are populated from appointment to patient evaluation automatically by the wizard. These patient vitals become read-only in the patient evaluation form. Sometimes, the doctors check the blood pressure and find it different than that already entered and they can't change it.

Is it a normal behavior or a bug? How can I make such fields editable?
