Unable to install account_es 3.4 in trytond 3.4 why?

Hello,
i am trying to install the following module:

http://apps.tryton-erp.es/account_es/

in its des cription it says it is a 3.4 version module.
i am running a 3.4 version client and server.
installation goes fine untill i get this:

Extracting trytond_account_es-3.9.0-py2.7.egg to /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages
Adding trytond-account-es 3.9.0 to easy-install.pth file

Installed /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/trytond_account_es-3.9.0-py2.7.egg
Processing dependencies for trytond-account-es==3.9.0
Searching for trytond>=3.9,<3.10
Reading https://pypi.python.org/simple/trytond/
No local packages or download links found for trytond>=3.9,<3.10

is the website from where i am downloading wrong when it says it is a 3.4 module? or could it be a bug or something fixable?

also here we supose to have another module similar to that one, that says it is 3.4 but will get same problem:

for sure 3.9 version has little chance to fit.
did you check pip install trytond_account_es>=3.4,<3.5 ?

Demo server from tryton-erp is version 3.4.

At the moment, default branch is 3.9. To install other versions, select branch version.
