Need Review for tax rounding on invoices

Hi,

We have sound rounding issues with invoice bases reported on [1]. The
proposed solution is to round the base on each line and round tax amount
based on configuration (per document or per line).

We would like to have more feedback on the issue. So please let us now
if you have any inconvenient on the proposed solution or it's ok for all.
